Breastfeeding and Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle way to help the muscles and cranial bones of the head operate at their best potential. It looks like a "baby massage" on the surface, but the training and certification to perform CST is extensive. Our massage therapist, Rachel, is our baby-guru for all things CST. It can help with breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and also overall helps with relaxing the body.
