What is Kinesiotaping?

Kinesiotape is flexible and water-proof taping that can help stabilize or support the body for quicker recovery and less pain. Kinesiotaping is also called “KT” among the athletes.

We can use kinesiotaping for pregnancy to help with SI, round ligament or pubic bone pain to muscle recovery with our summer athletes.

Our office personally uses RockTape and it is only $10 to add to any of our services.

It can last up to 5 days and can stay on during showering or swimming.

Schedule an appointment today and ask about adding on K-tape!
