Postpartum Massage

You might have heard about prenatal massage being part of an expecting mom’s guide to pregnancy but have you heard of postpartum massage?

Rachel is certified in prenatal, labor and postpartum massage. Our moms of newborns can find amazing muscle relief and support after labor and also from all of those hours spent holding their newborns and feedings.

Once a mom is done bleeding from recovery of birth, she is welcome for some postpartum relaxation.
